Then in the most tense 10 seconds of the battle. Then when they were deep in fight, my cavalry came out of hiding and charged into the back ranks of the army, reminiscent of the beginning of the scene from Gladiator. I can't remember the details but i remember screaming at my screen for the line to hold as this horde came charging at me. It was set in a heavily wooded area and i had 2 units of cavalry and a few basic infantry units. Both download and print editions of such books should be high quality.There's so many but one such memorable moment was when i was hugely outnumbered, i can't remember the details but i had around 200 i think, and the enemy close to 1000. Most newer books are in the original electronic format. Also, their file size tends to be smaller than scanned image books. These ebooks were created from the original electronic layout files, and therefore are fully text searchable. We mark clearly which print titles come from scanned image books so that you can make an informed purchase decision about the quality of what you will receive. The text is fine for reading, but illustration work starts to run dark, pixellating and/or losing shades of grey.
It's the problem of making a copy of a copy. Unfortunately, the resulting quality of these books is not as high. We essentially digitally re-master the book. However, any text in a given book set on a graphical background or in handwritten fonts would most likely not be picked up by the OCR software, and is therefore not searchable. The result of this OCR process is placed invisibly behind the picture of each scanned page, to allow for text searching.
